My name is Dawn Steel, and I founded Steel Collective in 2025 with a clear purpose: to bring seasoned marketing leadership and strategic execution together under one roof.

Over the past 25 years, I’ve built my career in multi-channel marketing communications and consulting — much of it with a Fortune 100 company — serving in roles that spanned brand management, sales field team support, and cross-functional collaboration with subject matter experts. I’ve led the development of impactful marketing materials, managed diverse product lines, introduced new products to market, and executed campaigns designed to drive measurable sales growth.

I’ve also cultivated strong, trusted relationships with creative agencies and market research firms. These partnerships allow me to assemble the right expertise at the right time, ensuring every client engagement is thoughtful, strategic, and results-driven. With these resources at my fingertips, I serve as a dedicated marketing partner — capable of supporting everything from large-scale initiatives to day-to-day marketing needs.

Originally from Central Illinois, I’ve called Florida home for the past seven years. I’m married to my husband, Kyle, and we have three children: our daughters Ellie and Michaela (her husband & our son-in-law, Parker), and our son, Dominic. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, embracing country life, and staying actively involved in my younger children’s activities — especially dirt bikes and horses.
